Shipping Policy

Important: By placing an order you agree to this Shipping Policy. All timeframes are estimates only and are not guarantees. Zeloria is not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following are estimated transit times from the date of dispatch:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable international and domestic carriers including but not limited to: USPS, ePacket, DHL, FedEx, and regional postal services. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on destination, package weight, and availability.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. All rates are displayed in USD. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where the error is ours.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the tracking number is issued. Zeloria is not responsible for tracking delays on the carrier's end.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an error is made:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at info@zeloriabeauty.store
  • We will make every effort to update the address before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, we cannot redirect shipments
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Package Not Delivered

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbours and any safe drop locations
  • Check with your local post office
  • Wait 2 additional business days — carriers sometimes mark items as delivered prematurely
  • Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date

Package Lost in Transit

If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We will offer a replacement or refund upon confirmation of loss.

Stolen Packages

Zeloria is not liable for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout to cover this scenario.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take photographs of the outer packaging and damaged contents before opening
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.

9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are:

  • The sole responsibility of the recipient
  • Not included in our product prices or shipping charges
  • Non-refundable by Zeloria

Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. Zeloria is not liable for such delays.

If a package is held at customs and ultimately returned to us due to non-payment of duties or non-collection, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping cost from any refund issued.

10. Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries

Packages that are refused by the recipient or unclaimed at the carrier facility will be returned to origin. In such cases:

  • Zeloria is not obligated to provide a refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund

11. Force Majeure

Zeloria is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, carrier strikes, or extreme weather events.
