Subscriptions Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026Important: By purchasing a subscription you expressly authorise Zeloria (Templar Ads LLC) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as described below, until you cancel.
Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. Subscribing constitutes acceptance of all terms herein.
1. What Is a Subscription
A subscription is a recurring purchase arrangement where Zeloria automatically charges your payment method and ships your selected products at your chosen interval until you cancel. Subscriptions may be offered at a discounted price compared to one-time purchases.
2. Subscription Terms
Billing Cycle
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions are billed every 28 days from your original order date. Your billing date is determined by the date you first subscribed.
Pricing
The subscription price shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged each cycle. Zeloria reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with 14 days' advance notice to your registered email address.
Free Trial (Where Applicable)
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, you authorise Zeloria to begin charging the subscription price at the conclusion of the trial and every 28 days thereafter.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. No action is required on your part to continue the subscription. You must actively cancel to stop charges.
3. Billing and Payment
By subscribing, you:
- Authorise Zeloria to charge your payment method on file on each billing date
- Confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and up to date
- Agree to update your payment information if your card expires or is replaced
Billing will appear on your statement as Zeloria. You will receive an email reminder 5–7 days before each billing date and a receipt after each successful charge.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Repeated payment failures may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for an upcoming cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

A cancellation is not effective until confirmed by Zeloria in writing. We will send a confirmation email within 1–2 business days. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us again to ensure your cancellation has been processed.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current period unless you are within our standard 30-day refund window.
5. Pausing or Modifying a Subscription
Depending on your subscription plan, you may be able to pause, skip a delivery, or change your product selection. Contact us at info@zeloriabeauty.store to discuss available options.
6. Subscription Refunds
Subscription charges that have been processed and fulfilled are subject to our standard Refund Policy (30-day window from delivery).
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
Refunds will not be issued for subscription charges where:
- A valid cancellation was not submitted at least 24 hours before the billing date
- The customer was notified by the 5–7 day pre-billing reminder and failed to cancel
- The charge was for a free-trial conversion where cancellation was not submitted before the trial ended
7. Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a subscription charge without first contacting us constitutes a material breach of this agreement and our Terms of Service.
In the event of a subscription-related chargeback:
- We will submit this policy, your subscription agreement, billing reminders, and all relevant correspondence to the card issuer as evidence
- We reserve the right to cancel all current and future subscriptions associated with the account
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and chargeback fees through available legal remedies
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We resolve the vast majority of billing disputes quickly and without the need for a chargeback.
8. Pre-Order Subscriptions
Where a subscription product is offered on a pre-order basis, your payment method will be charged on the date stated at checkout. All pre-order subscriptions are subject to this policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
Zeloria reserves the right to modify this Subscriptions Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued subscription after that date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
This Subscriptions Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
