Section 4 — Ordering and Payment

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. No contract exists until we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspicion of fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of checkout is the price you will pay. We are not obligated to honour pricing errors.

Payment Authorisation

By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise Zeloria to charge the full amount at checkout. For subscriptions, you authorise recurring charges as described in Section 5 and our Subscriptions Policy.

Fraudulent Transactions

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or using unauthorised payment methods constitutes fraud and a material breach of these Terms. Zeloria reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including reporting to law enforcement.

Section 5 — Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Billing appears as Zeloria on your statement. Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handoff to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. See our full Shipping Policy for complete terms.

Section 7 — Refunds and Returns

All refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. We operate a no-physical-return policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us breach these Terms.

Mandatory Pre-Dispute Notice

Before initiating any legal action, you must provide written notice to Zeloria describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. We will have 30 days from receipt to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wyoming, United States, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or to address fraud.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Section 19 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscriptions Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeloria with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Zeloria reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
