If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, submit a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Stolen After Delivery
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, we will investigate and where verified issue a replacement.
Shipping Protection is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $1.95. It is a goodwill service and does not constitute an insurance policy or legally binding guarantee.
